Majestic Freeway Business Center

Majestic Freeway Business Center, a Joint Venture between Majestic Realty Co. and Thomas & Mack, is now in development along California’s I-215 corridor in Riverside County.  At completion, it will have just under 4 million square feet of state-of-the-art industrial space in 20 buildings of various sizes from as small as 40,000 square feet to 600,000 square feet spread across 203 acres.

Majestic Realty began each phase of the project on a speculative basis, leasing its first phase totaling 947,000 SF across 6 buildings to tenants including Living Spaces, Swiss Madison, Shtiks,  and Natco Prega.  Phase II has been recently completed with over 925,000 SF across 3 buildings (11, 12 & 20) and have currently pre-leased 2 of the buildings to Tactical Logistics Solutions and Delta Children.  Currently, Majestic plans to begin construction on Phase III in 2023, consisting of another building (19) totaling nearly 347,672 SF.  The remaining 8 opportunities which cover the remainder of the site, and range in size from 135,000 to 300,000 SF, are in planning.

In the heart of the fastest growing county in the Country, the Majestic Freeway Business Center will cut down on employee commutes enabling far great productivity over the Business Parks to the west that cause employees to commute long distances to work.  The park’s Foreign Trade Zone application is pending and it is located in an Opportunity Zone. With build-to-suit opportunities available, Freeway Business Center is conveniently located between two Freeway off ramps and the entire project is less than 1 block driving distance from the 215 Freeway.  Large truck courts with ample trailer storage and convenient maneuvering is offered with all of the buildings along with, professional landscaping and maintenance, and prominent signage.
